Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Northwind Fox Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Denver, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
