Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Forge Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in visit scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
