Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Rivermark Bright Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Portland region. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in retention. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
