Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Silverline Rowan Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Honolulu, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
