Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Rivermark Glen Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Savannah with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
