Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Ironwood Cobalt Medical Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
