Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Ironwood Cedar Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across San Diego. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in test reports. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
