Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Rivermark Haven Staffing is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
