Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Westbrook Summit Early Learning is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in meal programmes. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
