Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Northwind Kestrel Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
