Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Ironwood Pike Early Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in classroom supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
