Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Amberfield North Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Spokane, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
