Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Fernwood Meridian Inspection Services Partners is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
