Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Cross Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in test reports. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
