Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Harborlight Loom Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Toledo, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 226 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about vehicle inspections. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in vehicle inspections. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
