Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Lakeside Health Partners and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinic supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
