Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Fernwood Meridian Inspection Services Partners is an inspection company in Seattle with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client sites. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
