Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Lantern Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
