Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Summit Field Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
