Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Quarry Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in test reports. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
