Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Highbridge Summit Learning Group is an education provider in Virginia Beach serving students and families, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
