Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Greenridge Granite Staffing places workers with employers around Columbus. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in timekeeping. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
