Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Oak Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in client records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
