Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Silverline Corner Medical Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
