Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Redstone Wilder Early Learning runs childcare centres in Indianapolis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 737 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
