Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
