Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Loom Medical Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in complaint handling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
