Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Fernwood Lakeside Inspection Services is an inspection company in Boston with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in test reports. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
