Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Pine Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in production lots. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
