Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Vale Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in onboarding. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
