Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Silverline Stone Inspection Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 919 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about field inspections. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
