Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Thistle Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in student accounts. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
