Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Maple Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Families are partners. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
