Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Analytics and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
