Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Northwind Corner Auto Group is a Sacramento company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about vehicle inspections. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
