Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
