Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Stonegate Wilder Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Nashville area. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
