Instructor - onboarding programmes (Raleigh, NC)

Greenridge Forge Care Services Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans.
