Instructor - onboarding programmes (Raleigh, NC)

Rivermark Mill Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 577 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
