Instructor - onboarding programmes (Providence, RI)

Nova Beacon Early Learning is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Providence. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in meal programmes. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
