Instructor - onboarding programmes (Providence, RI)

Harborlight Quill Health runs clinics and patient services around Providence. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
