Instructor - onboarding programmes (Providence, RI)

Bluepeak Cobalt Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about attendance records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in attendance records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
