Instructor - onboarding programmes (Providence, RI)

Nova Amber Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Providence area. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Providence. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in student accounts. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
