Instructor - onboarding programmes (Providence, RI)

Cedar Harbor Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Providence. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 617 people based in Providence. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
