Instructor - onboarding programmes (Providence, RI)

Ironwood Auto Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
