Instructor - onboarding programmes (Providence, RI)

Greenridge Juniper Health provides primary and specialty care in Providence, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
