Instructor - onboarding programmes (Portland, OR)

Amberfield Rook Medical is a Portland company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Portland. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in device records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
