Instructor - onboarding programmes (Portland, OR)

Silverline Rook Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Portland region, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in temp assignments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
