Instructor - onboarding programmes (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Cedar Wilder Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in student accounts. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
