Instructor - onboarding programmes (Phoenix, AZ)

Bright Vale Staffing Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
